Making a guest book requires linking to outside pages, which is only possible with premium neocities, which I havn't decided whether to get as of yet. So this page is non-functional. It's here because I made it and it's pretty, but it IS non-functional. If i ever decide to pay for neocities premium, this bad boy will be up and running in no time.
